REGISTRATION WILL BE OPEN THE FIRST WEEK OF SEPTEMBER.

 

When	November 9 - 12, 2008 Please plan to arrive in time for our Sunday Welcome Reception at 5:00 p.m. The conference kicks off at 9:00 a.m. on Monday and ends at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Pre-conference outings will be available at an additional cost on Saturday and Sunday. Please plan your arrival time appropriately.
Where	Anaheim Marriott 700 West Convention Way Anaheim, California 714-750-8000 Group rate is $200/night plus tax, single or double occupancy, through October 17, 2008. Based on availability, the group rate will also be offered three days before and three days after the conference dates. After the October 17th cut-off date, our limited number of guest rooms will be released for general sale. Once the block is closed, there is little IRES can do to acquire more rooms.
Conference Details	The conference rate is $949/person. If you register by October 3rd, you can have the early bird rate of $799/ person. An additional $100 will be charged to attendees not staying at the host hotel. This does not include those attendees that live locally. No new registrations will be accepted after October 24th. Cancellations must be received in writing by October 26th. To qualify for the discounted rate, you must supply your hotel reservation number, so please reserve your hotel room first. Conference fee includes all planned conference meals and snacks, access to all sessions and conference activities including the Solutions Room, Cyber Cafe and Vendor Showcase and electronic handouts for available sessions. Conference fee does not include hotel or other travel costs. Registration will be open in September.
Other Activities	We will offer pre-conference activities on Saturday, November 8th and Sunday, November 9th. More details to follow. Post-conference training will also be available. Watch for details on this training in the coming weeks.
